By accessing or using Bay Area Humanities Hub (bay-area-human.vercel.app, the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

The Site is a volunteer-run community information aggregator that collects and organizes publicly available cultural event information (lectures, theater, film, music, exhibitions) for the Bay Area Chinese-speaking community. We are not an event organizer, do not sell tickets, and are not party to any event transactions.

Event information comes from organizers' public channels; times, venues, and prices may change at any time. We strive for accuracy but make no warranty as to completeness or timeliness. Always confirm details with the organizer before attending.

The Site contains links to organizer websites, social media, and other third-party platforms. Those sites are operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Site's design, curation, and original content belong to Bay Area Humanities Hub. Event names, posters, and organization marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for community-information purposes. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, contact keykeyup1997@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

You agree not to scrape or bulk-request the Site in ways that disrupt its operation, not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, and not to impersonate the Site or its operators.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Site or attendance at listed events.

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
